Return Policy

10-day Returns
At TheSourceJewelers.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. When our customers visit our stores, we can be certain that they are leaving satisfied, confident with each purchase. Although we have tried to instruct and guide our online shoppers, we understand that not every purchase made over the Internet is going to be exactly what you envisioned.

Therefore, we are more than happy to accept returns from our online store within 10-days of receipt. However, online returns cannot be handled within our stores. We ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our stores using a Return Authorization Number.

Obtaining a Return Authorization Number
In order to process your return in an efficient manner, please:

  • Obtain a return authorization number from our customer service representative by emailing
  • Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
  • Fill out our return form.

Mailing and Insuring the Package
For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice, including any shipping charges, and send the package by registered mail. This is the safest way to ship high-value items. Please do not use FedEx or UPS.

In order to protect against theft, please do not in any way indicate Source, jewelry or any other related words. The Source is not responsible for any return shipping losses.

Condition of the Item
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn, unaltered and undamaged. Your return will be processed after we have a chance to inspect the item and verify its condition. Damaged goods due to customer negligence will not be accepted. The original tag must still be on the item in order for the refund to be processed. We cannot accept the item without this tag. Custom items or personalized jewelry (engraved items, mother's rings) are not returnable.

Include All Original Materials
Please return the item with all of the original materials: warranties, laboratory certificates, original tags, etc.

Full Refund
We will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges, unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase. However, due to the custom work of special orders, we cannot accept these items for return.

Returning a Watch
We recommend that you do not wear a watch if you think you may return it. Any wear may result in minute damage that will prevent us from resellling the watch. Any watch that has been resized, scratched or otherwise altered will not be accepted.

Please return the watch in the original box, with all packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and instruction booklets.

Returning an Item You Received as a Gift
If you would like to return an item received as a gift, please follow the same directions as above. It is especially important that the authorization number is written on the address label. You have the option to exchange the item or receive a gift certificate.

Repairs and/or Sizings
Although the online store is separate from our physical retail sites, we want to extend our online shoppers the same service they would receive in one of our stores.

Therefore, we will gladly accept sizings and general repairs on merchandise purchased online. Although we will not accept returns at our stores, we would be happy to service any of your purchases in person. Visit our locations or send the item that needs attention through registered mail to our headquarters.
