Questions and Answers
Q: I see Pandora retailers everywhere, is any one better than the other?
A: I may be a bit biased, but I'd have to say The Source. We have an extensive selection, not to mention benefits other stores just can't offer. At The Source you'll see the same selection and it's more convenient; you can park right at the door and know just where you are. The Source also has a Pandora loyalty card. If you spend $50 ten times at The Source, you'll get a $60 Source gift card. You can also purchase from The Source online, with free shipping. To top it all off? I'm a real jeweler and all of my staff are trained and qualified. You're hearing from people who really know what they're doing. Not to mention, we're nice! It will be a great experience here!
Q: My ex-husband is getting remarried. Our daughter told me in order to save money he wants to reuse our wedding bands, which we never wore, in his new marriage. Is that tacky or what?
A: I agree, that's very tacky, but we have the perfect solution. Tell your daughter that your ex can bring the old bands to The Source. We will purchase back his old bands and give him 20% more back in store credit. He can use that to to purchase new wedding bands to start a new marriage. They're even buy one get one, so he'll save money, and start fresh. Better yet, tell him to give you yours back! You can bring it in and get cash to buy yourself some new jewelry!
Q: My wife has been hinting that she wants a mothers ring for months. What is that? Is it just a ring that says "mother" on it? Do you sell these?
A: A mother's ring does not usually have the word mother on it. Traditionally, it is a ring with the birthstones of your children and sometimes even the birthstones of the parents. We have several styles on display in the stores. All of the rings are special order to make it uniquely yours (or your wife's!) If you want it for this Mother's Day, order by May 3rd to make sure it's ready in plenty of time. If you're still looking for a ring with the word "Mother" on it - we can make those too! Come visit us and we'll be more than happy to help you find exactly what's right for your wife.
be a great experience here!
Q: I have an engagement ring and wedding rings purchased from you a short time ago. My wife and I are going thru a divorce and wondered if you buy back jewelry?
A: Absolutely. My regards on your marriage, but that is one less thing to worry about. We accept jewelry for cash that was purcahsed here or elsewhere. Just bring it in to one of our three locations. The sales people will test them and pay you for your bands. They can be brought in as a set, or separately. Whatever works for you, will work for us.
Q: What's your favorite color?
A: Penn State Blue!
