"I would like to compliment one of your employees, Valerie at your Monroe Avenue store. I went to Jareds, Manns, Reeds and finally the Source. Every store wanted me to scrap my wifes engagement and wedding ring and buy a new setting. The first employee we met at the Source said the same thing, and then we met Valerie. She took the time to understand our needs to fix my wife's wedding ring (it had been cut off when she broke her wrist) and replace her engagement diamond using the same engagement ring and adding a new setting.
