Do you offer any warranties?
We offer a standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on all items. Also, some of the jewelry brands we sell offer longer warranties. If you have a question about a specific piece, please contact our customer service department.

What is your return and refund policy?
We are more than happy to accept returns from our online stores within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges, unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.

The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn, unaltered and undamaged. Your return will be processed after we inspect the item and verify its condition. Merchandise not in new condition will be returned to the purchaser.

For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice, including any shipping charges, and send the package by registered mail, via the U.S. Postal Service. This is the safest way to ship high-value items. Please do not use FedEx or UPS.

Do you accept custom items or personalized jewelry for return?
Due to the custom work of special orders, we cannot accept these items for return. Custom items or personalized jewelry (engraved items, mother's rings) are not returnable.

Do you offer engraving?
Many of our online items can be engraved. Contact our customer service department for specific piece availability and font choices.

Can I track my online order?
Tracking is not available for orders sent with Free Shipping or U.S.P.S. Priority. Otherwise, for each order you place, we will send a tracking number to your e-mail address for your convenience. See our Shipping Information page for more.

How do I know what ring size to buy?
If you’re not sure what your ring size is, come into any of our locations for a free ring sizing. 

How do I clean my jewelry?
For simple cleaning, rinse your jewelry in warm, soapy water and gently brush with a toothbrush.
