The Worry-Free Guarantee is as unique as our jewelry. Since we design and manufacture our jewelry to provide you with decades of satisfaction, all of our jewelry is guaranteed for life.^* Everything^** associated with the item, resulting from normal wear, is covered by the guarantee. From the day you make your purchase, through all the years that follow, we want you to be delighted with your jewelry. The Worry-Free Guarantee is our promise that we will do our best to ensure your total satisfaction. Our signatures below demonstrate our commitment to you, our valued guest.

*The Source Fine Jewelers total liability under the Worry-Free Guarantee is the purchase price paid for the merchandise as shown on the sales receipt or in our computer system. Once the total value of all authorized services provided exceeds the original purchase price of the merchandise, all obligations owed under the guarantee will have been satisfied and the coverage will end. Special Buys (Items that are discounted or with a ticket price of $300.00 or less) are covered for one year. All services must be performed by The Source Fine Jewelers or an authorized service partner.

We’re Not Happy If You’re Not Happy

Our continued desire to ensure our guests’ satisfaction is behind every decision we make. With this in mind, our “We’re not happy if you’re not happy” policy was created. The purpose of this policy is to remove any worry that you may have with your diamond buying experience. If the style of the ring is not perfect, exchange it for the one that is. If the diamond is not the perfect shape or size, exchange it for the one she’s always dreamed of.*** It is impossible not to WOW her with your engagement ring selection from The Source Fine Jewelers. We want to be happy at The Source and the only way we can be happy is if YOU are happy. This is our policy, but more importantly it is our promise.

***Some exclusions may apply. One exchange of the ring or diamond is allowed within 30 days of purchase. Diamonds or engagement rings that were special ordered are excluded. Ring and diamond must be in like new condition and cannot be damaged. All warranties, lab reports, boxes, appraisals and any other paperwork provided must be returned.

125%¹ Lifetime Trade-Up

At any time, you may trade in a single item of diamond jewelry toward another piece of diamond jewelry within the same category and receive full value of the original item toward the new purchase.²

(1) 125% applies to Diamonds in Category 190, all other items receive 100%. (2) Qualifying item must have a SKU number which begins with the number 1. Some exclusions may apply. Original item must have been purchased from The Source Fine Jewelers. The original item must be in “like new” condition, any previous services must have been performed by The Source Fine Jewelers and all Worry-Free Guarantee conditions must have been executed. The new item must be at least double in value of the original tag price, excluding sales tax. Items from Category 100 will be broken down into their constituent parts. (Loose Diamond and Semi-Mount) Items not normally stocked may be excluded from trade up privileges. Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
