Watches can be returned for a full refund within 14 days or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date as long as all Return Policy terms and conditions are adhered to. See back of your receipt for complete details. Watches purchased on or before December 8th either fall under our normal Return/Exchange policy, or, our special Holiday Watch Exchange Program. Our Holiday Watch Exchange Program allows watches to be exchanged for full value through 1/7/24 as long as the watch is exchanged for another watch.  Watches exchanged for another item outside of the watch category through 1/7/24 are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original purchase price.
