Job Overview:
The Source Fine Jewelers is seeking a passionate, motivated and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and an appreciation for fine jewelry. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional, fun in-store experience, guiding customers through their purchases, and helping them find pieces that celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: - Provide personalized service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable jewelry recommendations.
Sales Performance: - Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through effective upselling, cross-selling, and client relationship management.
Product Knowledge: - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of product lines, including diamonds, gemstones, metals, and designer collections.
Visual Merchandising: - Assist in maintaining an inviting store presentation by organizing displays and ensuring all jewelry is showcased to brand standards.
Inventory Management: - Support inventory control processes including receiving, restocking, tagging, and performing regular stock counts.
After-Sales Service: - Assist with repairs, special orders, and follow-up communications to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven retail, sales or jewelry sales experience • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • High attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
